Aufgaben

• Oversee high volume personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Maintain organized case files with correspondence, medical records and documents
• Serve as primary contact for clients, updating on case status
• Prepare and organize settlement demands and legal documents
• Coordinate medical records, appointments and provider communications
• Interact with insurance adjusters and defense counsel as needed
• Assist attorneys with trial prep, exhibits, and witness lists
• Manage case management software and deadlines; perform admin tasks as needed
