Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Case Manager for its Atlanta area personal injury team. The successful candidate will manage a caseload from intake through settlement, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and coordinate documentation and communications with medical providers and insurers.

You will work closely with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, ensuring timely updates, organized files, and adherence to deadlines. Prior PI experience helpful.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a personal injury case manager, legal assistant, or paralegal is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with case management software is a plus.
• A client-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
