Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle case management from intake to settlement.
• Coordinate intake interviews, discovery, treatment management, and negotiations.
• Communicate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and clients.
• Order medical records and key documents; draft demands and Letters of Representation.
• Maintain organized physical and digital case files and update records regularly.
• Serve as primary client point of contact and provide empathetic support.
