Responsibilities

• Request and track medical records and billing documentation from healthcare providers.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and use record retrieval platforms such as ChartSwap and MRO.
• Upload and maintain accurate medical and case documentation.
• Communicate with clients to gather case information and treatment updates.
• Support newly assigned cases and complete time-sensitive case tasks.
• Obtain insurance claim information and assist with case setup.
• Prepare and send Letters of Representation (LORs) to insurance carriers.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and maintain accurate correspondence records.
• Draft initial legal and case-related documents.
• Provide general administrative and backup reception support as needed.
