Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2 years of case management or PI experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Litify experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of personal injury cases.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, providing updates and support.
• Coordinate with attorneys to gather medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
• Work with medical providers to obtain records and schedule evaluations.
• Communicate with insurance companies to negotiate settlements and handle claims.
• Maintain accurate case files and billing records; monitor deadlines.
