Requirements include a Law degree, GA State Bar admission, and 2+ years of personal injury experience. Strong writing, advocacy, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active GA State Bar member in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to join a trial team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation case work.
• Drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, demands and memoranda of law.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and formation of demand packages.
• Manage release and approval process.
• Manage case managers.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• Assist with property damage and EOU’s.
