Job summary

The Dennis Law Firm in Atlanta seeks a driven Pre-Suit Attorney to own a dedicated caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters and build meaningful client relationships.

You will supervise a two-person Case Management team, manage ~100 cases from intake through resolution, and collaborate with leadership to develop strategic case plans, while maintaining clear, compassionate client communication.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active license to practice law in GA (GA Bar) is required.
• 1–3+ years of personal injury or pre-suit litigation experience preferred; entry-level with strong clinical or clerkship background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a pre-suit caseload of ~100 bodily injury files from intake to resolution or transfer to litigation.
• Formulate strategic case plans to maximize value and accelerate resolution timelines.
• Evaluate liability, coverage, and damages; review medical records, bills, and demand packages.
• Draft, review, and negotiate demand packages, policy limit demands, and pre-suit settlement offers.
• Lead and mentor two Case Managers to ensure seamless file progression.
• Maintain proactive client communication throughout the pre-suit process.
• Educate clients on the personal injury process and treatment phase.
• Participate in firm meetings and professional development opportunities.
