Qualifications

• Must have strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• 2+ years in a legal role or insurance adjuster experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via phone and in person to manage expectations.
• Order medical records and communicate with clients/providers during treatment.
• Gather documents to support injury/liability positions and prepare submissions.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers for records and balances.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to close under attorney supervision.
• Prepare demands and compile support for carriers.
