Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. You will support attorneys by developing settlements, preparing documents, and managing a varied caseload with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multi-task, and capable of handling sensitive client information while communicating effectively with clients, providers, and carriers. Remote/hybrid work is not eligible for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a legal or insurance adjuster role or related field is preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive interaction with clients, insurance companies and medical providers.
• Highly organized with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with existing and potential clients by phone and in person.
• Order medical records and coordinate with clients and providers during treatment.
• Gather documents to support injury and liability positions.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers for records and balances.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to closing under attorney supervision.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and support submissions to carriers.
• Present case synopsis to attorneys when required.
• Collaborate with coworkers supporting filing and case management duties.
