Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Manager to support attorneys in developing settlements, preparing documents, and handling a varied caseload. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer focused, and empathetic, able to work under the supervision of an attorney.

Responsibilities include managing client interactions, obtaining medical records, coordinating with insurers and medical providers, and maintaining organized case files from intake through closing.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience
• Experience as Personal Injury Case Manager or Prelitigation Paralegal preferred
• Ability to follow procedures and work with teams
• Proactive interaction with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients daily, in person or by phone
• Order medical records and communicate with clients/providers during treatment
• Collect documents to support injury/liability positions
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers for records
• Collaborate with coworkers on case files and maintain organized files
• Prepare demands and support submission to carriers under attorney supervision
• Present case synopses to attorneys when required
• Manage cases from intake to closing under attorney direction
• Perform other duties as assigned
