Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will be highly organized, handle a varied caseload, and assist attorneys in developing settlements, preparing documents, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic, with the ability to work closely with clients, attorneys, and providers. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, ordering medical records, assembling documents for settlements, and maintaining organized case

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Prelitigation Paralegal is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with attorneys, clients, and providers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with existing and potential clients via phone and in person.
• Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during treatment.
• Obtain documents necessary to support injury and liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and balances.
• Work with multiple coworkers to manage and support case files.
• Maintain organized case files and prepare comprehensive demands for carriers under attorney supervision.
• Present case synopsis to attorneys when required and manage files from intake to closing.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
