You will coordinate all aspects of files, communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, and support attorneys with case development, while delivering exceptional service with empathy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury case management experience required.
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and medical treatment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps
• Gather and organize supporting documentation
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties
• Assist attorneys with case development and preparation
• Ensure files progress efficiently and timely
