Job summary

Sweet James Accident Attorneys in Orange County, CA, is seeking a Case Manager to oversee day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution, serving as the primary contact for clients in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

You will coordinate all aspects of files, communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, and support attorneys with case development, while delivering exceptional service with empathy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury case management experience required.
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and medical treatment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued but not required.

Pay Scale: $30.00–$45.00 per hour (base pay)

Additional compensation: In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program that rewards strong results, subject to program terms.
