Job summary

Sweet James Accident Attorneys, a rapidly growing personal injury firm in Orange County, CA, seeks a sales-driven team member who can handle weekend shifts and on-site work. You will be the first contact for accident victims, empathetically guiding them to contract with our firm and coordinating with legal and client service teams for smooth handoffs.

We offer a base pay with performance bonuses, full benefits, paid holidays and PTO, and a 401(k) with a match after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Solid work ethic and positive attitude.
• Experience in customer service, sales or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work after hours and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for accident victims calling Sweet James.
• Listen with empathy and urgency, reassuring clients in moments of pain and confusion.
• Explain services and help clients take the step of signing with our firm.
• Qualify potential cases quickly and accurately to ensure alignment with results.
• Drive performance while maintaining high standards of care.
• Take initiative in conversations, overcome objections, and close retainers.
• Collaborate with legal and client service teams for smooth case handoffs.
