Sweet James Accident Attorneys in Orange County, CA, is seeking a Case Manager to oversee day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake to resolution, serving as the primary contact for clients.

You will coordinate all aspects of files, communicate with clients, insurance, and medical providers, assist attorneys, and ensure timely progress while delivering compassionate, professional service.

• 2+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes and medical treatment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual abilities are highly valued but not required.

What You'll Do
