The ideal candidate has strong personal injury knowledge, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in Litify or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as Intake/Personal Injury Case Manager.
• Experience with bodily injury, pre-litigation, PIP, medical records.
• Proficiency with Litify or Salesforce.
• Strong client communication and independent caseload management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through progression.
• Identify cases for Demand processes and submit to departments.
• Review and submit production cases for attorney evaluation.
• Qualify clients for PIP benefits.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and gather medical records.
• Maintain case activity in Litify with accurate documentation.
• Communicate updates to clients regularly.
