• Draft demands and prepare/send documents; prioritize and manage multiple cases.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) – Essential to have the ability to speak Spanish fluently.
• Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury case management experience
• Background in sales a plus
• Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with clients, team members, medical providers, and adjusters
• Quality, deadline, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, video conference software, scanners, etc.
• Competitive nature with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals

• Investigates, requests, and analyzes evidence/reports, and organizes and tracks files
