Key Responsibilities

• Gather and organize documents.
• Create and respond to discovery.
• Calendar hearings.
• Communicate with clients and attorneys to create winning plans.
• Draft/respond to discovery, create DCOs, and calendar deadlines and appointments.
• Analyze evidence and reports, organize, track files.
• E-file.
• Schedule depositions.
• Prepare mediation and trial notebooks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury.
• Bilingual (Spanish).

• Quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office, calendars, video-conference software, scanners, and related tools.

Work Style

Hybrid/At-office location most days, with the ability to work remotely some days after the trial period. Full-time – 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Promotion and leadership positions will become available for team members who demonstrate our core values.

Compensation

The salary for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 annually and is based on the requirements/experience mentioned above.
