Established and respected Houston plaintiff’s personal injury firm with satellite offices throughout Texas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who is fluent in Spanish to join its dynamic legal team. As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing the firm’s clients in personal injury cases and ensuring their rights and interests are protected. You will work closely with clients, negotiate settlements, and advocate on their behalf in court when necessary. Ideal candidates will be dedicated and have a passion for advocating for clients. This position is onsite at the firm’s Houston, TX office location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury cases.
• Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, assess liability, and determine damages.
• Communicate with clients to explain legal options, potential outcomes, and keep them informed throughout the case.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings.
• Engage in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
