Responsibilities
Oversee cases from start to finish
Retrieve medical records and bills and ensure clients are compliant with treatment
Maintain and organize case files
Communicate effectively with witnesses, clients, colleagues, and partners
Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness
Handle client, witness, and other communication to keep them informed of case status
Analyze case facts and suggest case rejection if warranted
Draft legal documents and correspondence
Facilitate meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders
Coordinate all aspects of cases through pre‑litigation
Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents
Verify insurance coverage and maintain contact with insurance companies
Manage medical care of clients
Organize and maintain electronic case files and case management system answers and scheduling attorney/client meetings when needed
Draft LORs, complete intakes, file claims, and connect clients with medical providers
Complete personal injury files during treatment
Compile medical records/bills
Draft LOPs, communicate case details with paralegal/attorney
Forward and arrange calls, emails, faxes, and all correspondence
Speak with clients and ensure high satisfaction/responsiveness
Qualifications
