Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records to identify case value and coordinate treatment.
- Frequent contact and communication with clients to provide case updates and explain medical treatment.
- Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures.
- Open claims with insurance companies and request health insurance liens.
- Assist clients with property damage claims.
- Gather and organize relevant documentation such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
- Prepare and submit demands.
Qualifications
- An overall positive attitude and strong work ethic are of the upmost importance to our Firm’s values.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury case management, with a strong knowledge of medical treatment and ability to manage cases effectively.
- Highly motivated with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
The annual salary for this position is between $70,000-$85000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
