Legacy Legal Recruiting in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Legal Case Manager to be the central contact for clients and a key player in moving cases forward. You’ll work with clients, coordinate medical treatment, and assist attorneys in building organized, successful cases.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, pre-litigation experience, and at least one year in legal case management or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Pre-litigation experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year in legal case management or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims.
• Previous experience as a Litigation Case Manager is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of their case.
• Collaborate closely under a direct attorney to support case strategy and execution.
• Coordinate client medical treatment and track ongoing care.
• Gather, analyze, and organize medical records and billing; assist in preparing demand packages and case documentation.
• Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date digital case files.
• Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates.
