LEGACY LEGAL RECRUITING LLC seeks a Legal Case Manager to serve as the central client contact, coordinate medical treatment, and assist attorneys in building organized, successful cases. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping people, we want to hear from you.

This role is remote for candidates located in the Denver area, with responsibilities spanning from case management to client updates and documentation, and collaboration with attorneys to advance case strategy.

Formación

• Bilingual English & Spanish required.
• Pre-litigation experience required.
• 1+ year in legal case management or injury-claims role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the case.
• Collaborate with an attorney to support case strategy and execution.
• Coordinate client medical treatment and track ongoing care.
• Gather, analyze, and organize medical records and billing.
• Assist in preparing demand packages and case documentation.
• Maintain detailed, organized digital case files.
• Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates.

• Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date digital case files
• Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates

Qualifications

• Bilingual - English & Spanish (required)
• Previous experience as a Litigation Case Manager is highly preferred
• Pre-litigation experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
