Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the management and organization of personal injury case files from start to finish.
• Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties regarding case updates and documentation.
• Initiating insurance claims, verifying coverage, and assisting with insurance-related matters.
• Requesting and organizing medical records, bills, lost wage documentation, and other case-related information.
• Preparing correspondence and legal documents, including letters of representation, demand letters, and other routine documents.
• Helping clients coordinate medical treatment related to their injuries.
• Maintaining accurate case information, deadlines, and task reminders in our case management system.
• Providing administrative and legal support to attorneys and other team members as needed.
