Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including functions like VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with confidential financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, organized, and reliable with a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform final review/audit of AP checks with backup documents before releasing payments.
• Weekly review of AP entries and coding for data integrity.
• Handle daily operating deposits and trust account compliance.
• Create and approve weekly operating check runs.
• Upload media audit invoices from media buyers monthly.
• Conduct daily bank sweeps and analyze bank transactions.
• Serve as back up for accounting team and cover other positions as needed.
