• Initiating insurance claims, verifying coverage, and assisting with related matters.
• Requesting and organizing medical records, bills, lost wage documentation, and other case information.
• Preparing correspondence and legal documents, including letters of representation and demand letters.
• Helping clients coordinate medical treatment related to injuries.
• Maintaining accurate case information, deadlines, and task reminders in the case management system.
• Providing administrative and legal support to attorneys and team members as needed.
