The Ward Law Group, a leading personal injury firm in Miami Lakes, seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage pre-litigation and litigation matters from intake to resolution. You will develop case strategy, counsel clients, negotiate settlements, and oversee case progression and documentation.

The role emphasizes leadership of 6–10 Case Managers, strong KPI discipline, and client-focused advocacy, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 3+ years of personal injury / motor vehicle accident experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and provide strong client service.
• Leadership ability and self-starter mindset.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid caseload management across pre-litigation and litigation stages.
• Case management from intake through settlement.
• Lead case progression and document preparation.
• Negotiate settlements with carriers.
• Supervise 6-10 Case Managers and ensure KPI compliance.
• Prepare clients for EUOs and hearings.
• Focus on motor vehicle accident cases.
