CyberCoders is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney in Los Angeles to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will handle litigation, settlements, and advocacy for injured clients, ensuring they receive deserved compensation.

You will manage cases from intake through resolution, with focus on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injuries. Ideal candidates hold a JD from an accredited school, an active license, and proven plaintiff-side personal injury

Qualifications

JD degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in personal injury law with plaintiff representation.
Strong litigation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
Excellent negotiation skills in settlement discussions.
Familiarity with catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.
Knowledge of damages calculations and legal procedures.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support cases.
Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel.
Prepare and present cases in court, including mediation and arbitration.
Calculate damages and advise clients on potential outcomes.
Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates.
