Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Personal Injury team. The role involves managing a plaintiffs caseload from pre-litigation through trial, advocating zealously for clients, and collaborating with partners and staff to achieve strong results.

The successful candidate will handle depositions, draft and file litigation documents, and provide clear communication throughout the matter lifecycle. A JD and TX bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the TX state bar.
• 1+ years of experience handling personal injury plaintiff matters with pre-litigation and litigation exposure.
• Hands-on experience with depositions and meaningful trial exposure preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills for complaints, motions, and settlements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload for plaintiffs across pre-litigation to trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and manage mediations.
• Serve clients with clear communication and strategic updates.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff on case files, records, and calendars.
