Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a driven Personal Injury Associate Attorney in Seattle to manage a diverse caseload from intake to resolution, pursuing favorable outcomes through negotiation and trial while guiding clients through challenging times.

The ideal candidate has a JD, a current license, at least 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury, strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage deadlines and collaborate with staff.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active bar admission in good standing in the relevant state.
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.

Responsibilities

Handle all phases of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
Draft and file pleadings, motions and discovery requests.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for motions and trial strategies.
Take and defend depositions and coordinate with experts.
Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel.
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and trial preparation.
Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials.
Maintain clear client communications regarding progress and expectations.
Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and staff while maintaining billing records.
Ensure compliance with ethical rules and firm policies.
