You will litigate high-stakes matters statewide, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, and appear in court, with a compensation package up to $210,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active member with the State Bar of California.
• 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience focused on plaintiff-side personal injury; first-chair trial experience preferred.
• Must reside in California with a dedicated home office for virtual court appearances and client calls.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and litigate a dynamic PI caseload across California state courts from filing to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and trial submissions.
• Depose plaintiffs, defendants, medical professionals, experts, and corporate representatives.
• Utilize AI-driven legal tools and modern tech to draft documents, analyze strategy, and research.
• Attend court hearings, arbitrations, settlements, mediations, and trials.
