Boutique Recruiting is seeking an Arizona Personal Injury Attorney to manage a high‑volume caseload from Phoenix. The role requires dual Bar admissions (Arizona and California), a JD from an ABA‑accredited school, and strong writing and advocacy skills.

You will oversee strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and negotiations while maintaining client communication. The attorney will handle pre‑litigation and litigation matters, travel to Irvine onboarding, and collaborate with teams

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona Bar license; California Bar license required.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• At least one year of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage approximately 120–140 active personal injury cases.
• Handle a caseload with 60–70% pre‑litigation and 30–40% litigation matters.
• Develop and execute case strategies from initial evaluation through settlement or trial.
• Handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, sexual assault, funeral home abuse, government claims and medical malpractice.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Manage written discovery and deadlines.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement demands and agreements.
• Represent clients during court appearances, mediations, depositions and arbitrations.
• Prepare cases for trial with organized evidence and witness preparation.
• Conduct regular settlement negotiations with opposing counsel and insurers.

Position Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Take ownership of meaningful personal injury cases while working with a high-performing legal team that gives attorneys the resources and support to deliver exceptional results. We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney licensed in both Arizona and California to manage a high-volume caseload spanning pre-litigation and litigation. This role will handle case strategy, discovery, depositions, court appearances, negotiations, client communication, and trial preparation while collaborating closely with attorneys and experienced legal support staff across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate is a confident, detail-oriented litigator who thrives under pressure, communicates exceptionally well with clients, and takes full ownership of their work. This person must be receptive to direct feedback, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a high standard of legal work.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 / Year, DOE

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters through pre-litigation and litigation
• Develop case strategy and oversee discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct settlement negotiations and advocate strategically for clients throughout each case
• Maintain frequent, empathetic communication with clients regarding case developments
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy, organization, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff across multiple offices
  
  

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Arizona Bar license & California Bar license
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience
• Personal injury experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume legal environment
• Strong legal research, writing, and document-review skills
• Ability to independently manage cases while effectively collaborating with support staff
• Strong client communication, negotiation and advocacy skills

• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Trial preparation or trial experience
• Experience collaborating with teams across multiple offices or remote locations
• Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, or other complex injury matters
