RHD Legal is expanding in North Carolina and seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team. You will split your time between handling personal injury claims and building a new workers' compensation practice across our Triangle-area offices.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of legal experience, solid personal injury background, and workers' compensation experience (NC Industrial Commission knowledge a plus).

• Comfortable managing a caseload independently while working closely with a strong case management and intake team

About the Role

We're expanding into workers' compensation and need an attorney who can hit the ground running. You'll split your time between:

• Handling personal injury claims from intake through resolution - demands, negotiations, litigation support
• Helping build out a new workers' compensation practice - shaping processes, workflows, and case strategy as this area grows
