Confidential Employer in Durham, North Carolina seeks a personal injury attorney with 1+ year of relevant experience to manage matters from development through settlement, litigation and resolution. You will draft pleadings and motions, investigate claims, conduct depositions, negotiate settlements with insurers, and prepare clients and witnesses for mediation and trial.

Requires JD from an accredited law school and an active North Carolina license; the role offers hybrid flexibility,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of personal injury experience required.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active attorney license in good standing to practice in North Carolina.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Litigation experience (discovery, depositions, mediation, or trial prep) valued.
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred.
• Solo practitioners with relevant experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
