RHD Legal is expanding in North Carolina and seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team. You will split your time between handling personal injury claims and building a new workers' compensation practice across our Triangle-area offices.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of legal experience, solid personal injury background, and workers' compensation experience (NC Industrial Commission knowledge a plus).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal experience
• Personal injury experience required
• Workers' compensation experience required (NC Industrial Commission experience a plus)
• Comfortable managing a caseload independently while working closely with a strong case management and intake team
• Someone who wants to build something, not just process files

Responsabilités

• Handle personal injury claims from intake through resolution, including negotiations and litigation support
• Help build out a new workers' compensation practice, shaping processes, workflows, and case strategy as this area grows
