Qualifikationen

• Active NC Bar membership required.
• Two or more years in personal injury pre-litigation or litigation preferred.
• Willingness to grow with our attorneys.

Aufgaben

• Analyze evidence including medical records and investigative findings, interview clients and witnesses, consult field experts, and research statutes and case law
• Prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, pleadings, and other correspondence
• Collaborate with Senior Attorneys to determine case strategies and solutions to serve client's needs after thorough analysis and review of plaintiff and defense positions
• Resolve cases to achieve the best possible outcome for the client through mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Participate in marketing initiatives such as podcasts, blogs, and ad campaigns
