Orion Placement in North Carolina is seeking an attorney to manage personal injury matters while working remotely from anywhere in the state. You will monitor client treatment, case progress, and important deadlines.

Negotiate with insurance companies and medical providers to pursue favorable outcomes, review cases, provide case approvals, and guide strategy throughout the claims process. You will be a trusted contact for clients and collaborate with a supportive legal team.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina State Bar license.
• 2+ years of legal experience.
• Personal injury experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Location:

Remote throughout North Carolina for candidates who currently reside in the state. Attorneys near Charlotte may also have the option to work in person or in a hybrid arrangement.

Note:

Candidates must have an active North Carolina State Bar license and at least 2+ years of legal experience. Personal injury experience is preferred but not required.

• Personal injury, plaintiff-side, insurance claims, or civil litigation experience is preferred but not required.
• Solo-practice attorneys with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
