Confidential Employer in Las Vegas, NV seeks a plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to manage cases from intake through resolution, including litigation and trial preparation.

Active Nevada Bar license required. Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience preferred; strong research, writing, negotiation skills, and client focus are essential. This full-time, on-site role offers mentorship, collaboration, and opportunities for commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant attorney experience preferred; newer attorneys welcome.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to develop courtroom advocacy and case management abilities.
• A proactive, client-focused attitude and commitment to professional growth.
• Experience with depositions, expert witnesses, and trial preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including litigation and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in motor vehicle accident, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and other negligence claims.
• Develop case strategies, evaluate liability, and negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and persuasive legal arguments.
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate medical and expert testimony.
• Participate in arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

Job description

Pay: $90,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
