Confidential Employer in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to independently manage a Nevada litigation caseload from filing through resolution.

You will handle cases in Nevada State and Federal Courts, draft pleadings, take depositions, negotiate, and appear in court. The role offers autonomy, collaboration with a skilled team, and strong benefits, with a hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of Nevada personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling cases in Nevada State Court; Federal Court experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to independently manage litigation files with minimal supervision.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Compassionate client service approach and positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution.

• Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value.
• Communicate regularly with clients while providing compassionate guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case management and meet all litigation deadlines.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location

Las Vegas, Nevada | Full‑time | Primarily in‑office in the Summerlin area with occasional work‑from‑home flexibility. Candidates must reside in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.
