Job summary

Orionplacement in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a dedicated plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to manage cases from intake through settlement on-site. You will own strategy, assess liability and damages, and draft persuasive demand packages to insurers.

Work closely with attorneys and case teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Nevada Bar license required; experience in pre-litigation preferred. Competitive compensation with base salary and commission.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar license required.
• Hands-on personal injury experience required.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred.
• Personal injury insurance defense experience may also be considered.
• Strong understanding of pre-litigation case handling, insurance claims, and settlement negotiations.
• Ability to evaluate liability, damages, and case value
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Develop case strategy by evaluating liability, damages, insurance coverage, and potential case value
• Draft, review, and present persuasive demand packages to insurance carriers
• Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to pursue strong settlements for clients
• Maintain consistent client communication and provide clear updates throughout the case
• Partner with case managers, lien negotiators, and internal teams to keep matters progressing efficiently
• Identify cases that should move into litigation and coordinate effective handoffs to litigation attorneys
• Track deadlines and ensure matters comply with applicable Nevada laws and procedures
• Independently manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining excellent organization and client service

Job description

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location:

This is a fully on-site opportunity in Las Vegas, NV, offering close collaboration with attorneys, case managers, lien negotiators, and support teams. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.

Note:

An active Nevada Bar license and hands-on personal injury experience are required. This role is specifically focused on pre-litigation personal injury matters, so candidates must be comfortable making pre-litigation their primary focus. Attorneys with both pre-litigation and litigation experience are welcome if they are interested in concentrating on pre-litigation work.
