Orion Placement presents an opportunity with a leading plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Las Vegas, NV. Independently manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution, with autonomy and responsibility in a primarily in-office role.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of Nevada personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling cases in Nevada State Court; Federal Court experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to independently manage litigation files with minimal supervision.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Compassionate client service approach and positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution.
• Handle matters in Nevada State Court and Federal Court.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value.
• Communicate regularly with clients while providing compassionate guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case management and meet all litigation deadlines.

Location

Las Vegas, Nevada | Full‑time | Primarily in‑office in the Summerlin area with occasional work‑from‑home flexibility. Candidates must reside in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.
