This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working one-on-one with clients, researching options, organizing details, and delivering a personalized service experience. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, priorities, and special requests.
• Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation experiences using approved resources.
• Help clients coordinate selected services and keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
• Stay connected with clients by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending decisions, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
• Review important information for accuracy, monitor deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
