BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support clients in their own homes across Massachusetts towns. This role emphasizes compassionate, reliable in-home care with comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

PCAs provide daily living assistance, mobility support, and basic medical tasks under supervision. Immediate openings exist in multiple nearby locations with consistent scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of our Free Pre-Hire 60 Hour Personal Care Training Course.

Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with range of motion exercises.
• Assist transfers using lifting devices.
• Perform vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Handle home management tasks (laundry, meals, bed making).
• Assist with ambulation.
• Provide medication assistance.

Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Aides (PCAs):

• Assisting with ambulation
