BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is actively hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support clients in their own homes across multiple Massachusetts locations.

The role includes comprehensive training through BAYADA's free pre-hire program and immediate openings. Compensation starts at $22/hr with weekly pay, plus mentorship, scholarships, 24/7 clinical support, PTO, and a long-standing commitment to quality care since 1975.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of our Free Pre-Hire 60 Hour Personal Care Training Course

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
