BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs to support clients in their homes, following a nurse’s plan of care. You’ll provide personal care, household help, and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent.

You’ll build close relationships with clients while receiving training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay. BAYADA emphasizes a mission-driven culture with 50 years of service and a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Compassionate caregiver with ability to follow care plans.
• No special degree required; ability to work with seniors.
• Willingness to be trained and grow within BAYADA.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care, household and companion care per plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Meal preparation and feeding; light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Assist with ambulation and use of lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders and check vitals as directed.

What you’ll do:

Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home. As a BAYADA CNA, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
