Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Personal Care Aides (PCs) to care for clients in Bourne and nearby towns (Falmouth, Mashpee, Sandwich). Immediate openings, with free training opportunities and weekly pay. Join a compassionate team that values you.

As a PC, you’ll assist with activities of daily living, range of motion exercises, transfers, vital signs, home management tasks and medication assistance. BAYADA provides mentorship, 24/7 clinical support, scholarships, growth opportunities and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Complete our Free Pre-Hire 60 Hour Personal Care Training Course.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform range of motion exercises.
• Assist with transfers and lifting devices.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Handle home management tasks (laundry, meals, bed making).
• Support with ambulation.
• Assist with medication as directed.

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Successful completion of our Free Pre-Hire 60 Hour Personal Care Training Course
