BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Personal Care Aides (PCs) in Hyannis, MA, to assist clients at home with daily activities, mobility, and health support. We offer free and paid training, a caring team, and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of our Free Pre-Hire 60 Hour Personal Care Training Course.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Support with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health tasks.
• Perform home management tasks (laundry, meals, light housekeeping).
• Support client safety and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Aides (PCs):

• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
