Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is actively hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in Massachusetts. You will help clients with daily activities, mobility, and home management tasks, while receiving mentorship, ongoing training, and 24/7 clinical support.

We offer competitive pay at $22/hour, consistent work, emergency support, and opportunities for growth. Current positions cover Methuen, Lawrence, North Andover, Merrimac, and Georgetown, with paid time off and employee discounts as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of our Free Pre-Hire 60 Hour Personal Care Training Course.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for clients.
• Assist with range of motion and exercises as directed.
• Assist with transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Monitor and report vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Support home management tasks (laundry, meal prep, bed making).
• Assist with ambulation and mobility.
• Provide medication assistance as directed by caregivers.
