Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in personal care home or similar setting.
• Supervisory experience with hiring and performance management.
• Comfort with sales and referral-source outreach to drive occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with PA and federal regulations.
• Maintain facility license; prepare for inspections and investigations.
• Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, and admission agreements.
• Maintain accurate resident records including assessments and care plans.
• Investigate incidents and complaints within required timeframes.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise direct care staff; ensure coverage on all shifts.
• Track staff clearances and annual training requirements.
• Oversee admissions documentation and pre-admission processes.
• Respond to inquiries, give tours, and convert leads to move-ins.
• Manage online presence and referral listings; host community events.
