Apex Rehab Group in Gettysburg, PA is seeking an experienced administrator/marketer for a dual-function leadership role in a personal care home. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and focus on occupancy through outreach and referrals.

The position involves managing staff, admissions, and community outreach, with opportunities for advancement and development within a supportive team environment. A valid PA license and relevant credentials are required.

Formación

• Requires 2+ years in personal care home or similar setting.
• Supervisory experience with hiring and performance management.
• Comfort with sales and referral-source outreach to drive occupancy.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with PA and federal regulations.
• Maintain facility license; prepare for inspections and investigations.
• Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, and admission agreements.
• Maintain accurate resident records including assessments and care plans.
• Investigate incidents and complaints within required timeframes.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise direct care staff; ensure coverage on all shifts.
• Track staff clearances and annual training requirements.
• Oversee admissions documentation and pre-admission processes.
• Respond to inquiries, give tours, and convert leads to move-ins.
• Manage online presence and referral listings; host community events.
