Qualifications

• Requires Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Personal Care Home ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania DHS regulations.
• Manage staff including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of resident care, safety and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial reports and operational plans.
• Ensure adherence to state licensing requirements and maintain all required documentation.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers and community partners.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and regulatory audits.
